Full-day care for addiction and its hidden…
Panchakarma, naturopathy, psychiatry and counselling under one roof in Ghunada, so recovery is treated whole.

Five ways we work on recovery
Each resident's day combines these, arranged by our doctors around what their body and mind actually need.
Panchakarma & Ayurvedic Therapies
Physician-supervised Panchakarma and Ayurvedic treatments that clear the body and steady it through withdrawal.
Naturopathy & Lifestyle Healing
Diet, daily routine and natural therapies rebuilt around your body, so recovery holds after you leave.
Expert Visiting Doctors
Visiting physicians and psychiatrists review each resident, adjust treatment and stay reachable through the stay.
Psychotherapy & Counseling
Individual and family sessions for anxiety, phobias, OCD and overthinking that so often sit behind the addiction.
Spiritual Healing & Mindfulness
Daily meditation, mindfulness and spiritual practice in a quiet natural setting, to settle the mind for good.
Digestive & Gut Care
Treatment for indigestion and long-standing digestive trouble, addressed as part of the same recovery plan.
From first call to going home
Four steps, each handled by the same team, so nothing is lost between one stage and the next.
Confidential first call
You or a family member calls us. We listen, ask what is happening and explain what treatment would involve.
Doctor assessment
Our physicians and psychiatrist assess your history, dependency and any anxiety, OCD or digestive symptoms.
Full-day therapy begins
Panchakarma, naturopathy, counselling and mindfulness run through the day, with the team beside you.
Family handover
Before discharge we sit with your family, set a routine and explain how to keep the recovery going.

What families notice about Keshar
The reasons people give us when they refer a friend or bring a relative to Ghunada.
One team, one plan
Ayurveda, psychiatry, physician care and counselling are coordinated on a single treatment plan, not passed between clinics.
The whole day is therapy
Sessions are structured from morning to evening, which is why families see change in days rather than months.
Your privacy is protected
Who comes here, and why, stays inside the centre. Families tell us this is what made them pick up the phone.
A place that stays quiet
Ghunada's natural surroundings give the calm that residents and their families mention again and again.
What treatment looks like day to day
The therapies, the routine and the quiet surroundings that residents and their families describe.

Questions families ask us first
If yours isn't here, call 7779049904 and ask directly. We answer plainly.
Do you treat only alcohol addiction?
Alcohol is the most common, but we also treat other dependencies, along with anxiety, phobias, OCD, overthinking, chronic headaches and digestive problems.
How long does a programme last?
It depends on your assessment and how your body responds. Our doctors recommend a length after the first evaluation and review it as you progress.
Will my family be involved?
Yes. Counselling sessions include family where it helps, and we brief them before discharge so the routine at home supports the recovery.
Is my visit kept confidential?
Completely. Privacy is one of the things families single out about us, and nothing about your treatment is shared outside the centre.
What should we bring?
Comfortable clothes and any medical reports or prescriptions you have. Call us before you come and we will tell you exactly what is needed.
Not sure which programme fits?
One call with our team is enough to know where to begin. Everything you share stays between us.
